Leadership Development Program for Attorneys
This four-month program is designed to support current and future practice leaders, managing partners and others in leadership positions work together more effectively, and enhance their management and leadership skills. Program participants learn to manage their time, resources and staff more effectively, in order to have more time for business development, new leadership initiatives, and personal priorities.
The program consists of monthly two-hour workshops, the content of which is reinforced through weekly one-on-one leadership coaching sessions. During the program participants create and implement projects as a way to develop themselves as leaders. These projects are designed to make a difference in an area that is important to them, either at the firm or in another community. Participants may choose to work together or do their projects individually. The format is customized to the specific needs and preferences of each firm. Through working on projects, participants will start to identify and address their own personal leadership challenges and limitations. The one-on-one coaching sessions support the project design process and are used to address whatever challenges arise during implementation.
